Chobe Safari Lodge has shared this precious environment with guests (and elephants. And hippos. And crocodiles. And warthogs) for over 60 years!

Today there are two travel hubs. Chobe Safari Lodge sits on the banks of the Chobe River, with the tranquil Chobe Bush Lodge next door within walking distance. .

Welcome to the destination of your wildest dreams!

Everything you need to know about Chobe Safari Lodge and Chobe Bush Lodge.

Both Chobe lodges are an easy ten-minute drive from Kasane International Airport and the entrance to the celebrated Chobe National Park in the town of Kasane. Daily road transfers connect to the region's most iconic sights, such as Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe.

Chobe Safari Lodge has 32 Safari Rooms, 20 River Rooms, 8 Classic Rondavels all facing the Chobe River, 16 spacious family rooms plus a sheltered campsite featuring 23 stands with power points. Set deeper into the bush beside the park, Chobe Bush Lodge has 38 spacious luxury en-suite rooms and 4 large double en-suite family rooms.

Sip coffee on the river-facing porch and watch warthogs parading across the lush lawns overlooking the Chobe River. It’s an endlessly entertaining animal parade between adventurous activities!

It’s easy to savour the Chobe's rumbling hippos and African fish eagles from our River Rooms. This wing sits closest to the main complex of the lodge and faces a secluded indigenous riverside garden.

An open-plan design ensures a light–filled en-suite room. Enjoy the invigorating air and distant view of the park wilds from the terrace, or sink into the bathtub for a soak after your game drive.

Ideal for teens or multi-generational tips, there are four family rooms that are exceptionally spacious and consist of two separate bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities for privacy.

These original rooms of old enjoy fantastic Chobe River views and have been lovingly restored to honour their heritage status while providing modern amenities to our safari-loving guests. All units have Wi-Fi, TV and air-conditioning.

Enjoy the best sunset view in Kasane! There are several level, shaded campsites and three well-tended ablution blocks across our beloved campgrounds. Let’s find your perfect pitch.

Our helpful lodge amenities enhance every aspect of your safari. Chobe Safari Lodge and Chobe Bush Lodge sit beside one another, so guests can freely traverse between the two to enjoy the facilities and restaurants of both.
